About the lecture:
Theory is good. Practice is better. Former MBA Renewables student David Rau will share his personal experience on how he founded a company in a foreign country and how he managed to build it from scratch. We will get to know how Flux Solar confronted typical milestones like the creation of a business model, looking for strategic partnerships and how they positioned themselves on the national market. Finally, we will also see the complete process on how Flux Solar was acquired and how this changed internal processes and management.
